Spiced Apple and Pear Chutney

Ingredients:

3 apples (e.g., Granny Smith or Fuji), peeled, cored, and diced
3 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and diced
1 cup sultanas (golden raisins)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white vinegar
