Ingredients
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Preparation
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl or a jar with a lid, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey.
- Add Herbs and Spices:
- Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, dried parsley, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Season:
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Mix or Shake:
- Whisk together all the ingredients until well combined, or if using a jar, put the lid on and shake vigorously until the dressing is well mixed.
