It’s not surprising however, these items last ages.

Here we look at the one which works and that are worth the money:-

The 2.75 Quart Oval Dutch French Oven

The classic oval Dutch oven has an enamelled finish with a cast iron core. The types we use are cerise or cherry red in colour. The enamel is resistant to cracking and chipping whilst the interior enamel is designed to resist staining and dulling. The interior enamel is also ideal for checking food cooking when the lid is taken off and it prevents both sticking and burning because heat distribution is so good.

When it comes to great events like Thanksgiving for example they are excellent for cooking longer cuts of meat, poultry and other stews. It might be expensive but you can bet that one which is oval shaped fits well into an oven.

The heat source can be any:- Gas, Electric, Ceramic, Halogen, Induction, Oven, Outdoor Grill.

There are other sizes too !

The Enameled Cast-Iron 1-Quart Round French (Dutch) Oven

The Enameled Cast-Iron 5.5-Quart Round French (Dutch) Oven.

The Enameled Cast-Iron 7.25-Quart Round French (Dutch) Oven.

The handles are designed for ease. Mits have to be worn to avoid burning.

Its large surface area lets you cook whatever you need, while the wide, shallower shape is great for browning and searing. According to the company, Le Creuset was responsible for creating the first ever enamelled cast iron cookware nearly 100 years ago, which may be why they’re so good at it.
