Ingredients:
- 4 whole cooked free-range eggs, peeled and cooled

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs, preferably panko or fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, finely chopped onion, bhaji seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Take a portion of the pork mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a peeled cooked egg in the center and gently wrap the pork mixture around the egg, ensuring it is completely covered. Repeat with the remaining eggs and pork mixture.
- Place the beaten eggs in a shallow bowl or dish. Dip each pork-covered egg into the beaten eggs, making sure it is coated evenly.
