- 100g medium mature Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 100g Red Leicester cheese (grated)
- 1 small red onion (finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 slices oatmeal bread
Just Ham Sandwich (4 Sandwiches)
- 150g oak-smoked ham (thinly sliced)
- 25g butter (softened)
- 8 slices white bread
