I used this fryer for the first time last night and what a cracking meal I served up to my girlfriend. Just couldn’t fault it. Did two sittings, one with just chips and the other with the main meal of fish.
The chips fry really well with maize oil. They are dry, fluffy on the inside and really crispy on the outside. I’ve managed to make soggy chips in the past with my old fryer so this one worked out really well.
Need to get to grips with the settings but it is easy to clean. Like the way it looks too. Silver is such a cool colour at the moment in the kitchen.
