I prefer this to the ones produced by Bulk Powders. It has a reasonably good banana flavour for a high protein powder and I have not yet had any griping effects after a good work out. I like the nutrient balance as well – plenty of vitamins and I also find there are no meaty flavours either which you get with thiamine. Gets a thumbs up from me.

I find this powder has been great for increasing my weight. I am often concerned by why others do not worry about weight gain but for some of us it is critical we feed our bones and actually build some mass for exercising. I worry about those who do not feed themselves when doing really intense exercise.
