This is a truly great product for bulking up. I’m a woman looking to do serious body work this year and I need something that does not taste like c*******p. The chocolate version is the best of the bunch. I use two good scoopfuls and then add full fat milk but not water. My main issue with using just water is that it leaves lumps in the products which I really have trouble swallowing with. If I’m short of time than I use a blender. Its not too salty and I’m beginning to slide up the weight chart with this and some other products I find useful too. I got these off this web-site having read the posts on muscle development and nutrition. Just wich you would write more please!
