Currently in the German army. Since I’m using this powder I see mein recovery times have decreased significantly in the last time and I can train the same muscle group multiple times per week.
I can recommend it to anybody who is looking to buy Amino’s and is unsure what to choose. Flavour OK ! Good for workout.

Just about the best supplement out there. I do loads of training so anything that combines BCAA with vitamin c is worth it. I was also looking at the vitamin c article – never knew it helped stop a cold. I will be getting some more zinc as well.

Very good product for muscle building. Flavour was a bit lacking because I expect it to be more like a pear drop. Still good for work-outs though. Prefer the other versions of their BCAA powders because of the flavour.
