Bit disappointed to be honest. The item from Amazon was broken in the bowl. Looked like some-one had crushed it by sitting on it. They did replace but as I wanted a new one for Xmas this was a big let down.

Bought this Kenwood a few weeks ago and so far no problems. I read a few Amazon reviews which said people had been disappointed but I took the risk as I trust this brand. Lots of accessories and it needs a bit of space for storage but i do like it very much. I had been thinking about a processor for some months and my hubby persuaded me to get one for better cooking. I made the decision to buy because it seemed easy to do and would not cost me loads of money in the process. gets used nearly every day so I hope I do not wear it out. The glass jug seems very good quality. I use it with hot foods and there is no issue. I recommend to anyone who is doing lots of cooking. A very happy buyer and customer.
