    Use black garlic for umami flavour. Thought you wrote a good piece on balck garlic as well.

    If you want umami to lift your dishes then try these. I think they are the best for adding just some extra flavour to a savoury dish. I saw you had a few recipes for black garlic – I want to suggest a few of my own that use black garlic especially like the noodle soups you have.
