What a nice looking cafetiere. I know it was pricey but it looks good on the kitchen table. It has that classic Italian style and the plunger goes deep enough to stop any bitterness. My only concern is finding a spare glass if it gets broken but I’m sure Alessi do replacements on Amazon as well.
