    Fabulous ! I bought it mor myself this Christmas but we have already used it. Makes not just great chips but some wonderful fried fruit and vegetables. Really enjoying it.

    Just brilliant ! I chose this Salter one simply because of the big digital dial and have to say I made the right choice, great item. Good value for money, cooked a steak and vegetables the other day, both cooked perfect and really fabulous with the cooking. I made a whole Christmas dinner using this fryer. Meat was moist and perfect. Roast potatoes were amazing. No complaints from the family. You have to take food out and flip about in basket every 5 minutes as you would with a deep fat fryer.
