People who have developed any of these symptoms (however mild), are advised to stay at home for 10 days from the start of their symptoms and arrange to be tested. 

Normal body temperature for adults is approximately 37C. A fever is usually when your body temperature is 37.8C or higher. You may feel warm, cold or shivery. Find out more here

It is important to note that these products are not intended for screening for COVID-19, or fever-like symptoms.

Temperature readings from temperature screening systems will measure skin temperature rather than core body temperature. In either case, natural fluctuations in temperature can occur among healthy individuals. These readings are therefore an unreliable measure for detection of COVID-19 or other diseases which may cause fever when used in isolation. Furthermore, infected people who do not develop a fever or who do not show any symptoms would not be detected by a temperature reading and could be more likely to unknowingly spread the virus.
