This is a really fantastic raw vegan product. I have read lots of reviews on Amazon that say this product is horrible and so forth. I do not use water to dilute because I know this will not taste as good. Like one of the other reviewers, I add 1 scoop of vanilla protein, 2 banana, 1 tablespoon of raw cacao, 4 ice cubes and a cup of unsweetened almond milk. One of the best cruelty free chocolate protein shakes I have ever tasted. I tend to have this first thing in the morning and it keeps me filled up. I really wish meat eaters would stop knocking these vegan products.
