    Compared to some bars this one actually tastes of a chocolate brownie. I do a lot of work outs and when I started on Grenade bars I thought they would be like some of the other rubbish we see on sale. This one actually has some flavour to it. I dont know why other body builders bother with some of the others as they just taste yuk ! At least Grenade have got something going right with this one.
