Unlike the whey concentrate product above, this relies on whey protein isolate >90% and is a pre- and post-workout protein supplement for serious athletes looking to build muscle quickly. It makes a standalone shake or a smoothie. The product is lactose-free. It claims to be superior to other suppliers of whey protein isolate and there is certainly an ingredient list which may support that view although no clinical evidence is offered for such as assertion. Protein Bars
The Outright Bar® range focusses on peanut butter and in some cases almond butter, oatmeal with sweetness provided naturally with honey. There is a ridiculous flavour range so plenty to enjoy and be inspired by. It justifies their ‘leading brand’ claim in the USA.
The Outright Bars are a healthy snack offering around 15 grams of protein, 26 grams of carbs and 12-14 grams of mainly monounsaturated fats in a single-serve bar of 60g. All the protein comes from peanut butter and whey protein isolate 90%. Consumers agree these taste as good as junk food bars which is something they refer to on their web-site.
The business asserts very strongly that they use a simple range of ingredients which do not misguide or mislead the consumer. No glycerol (glycerine) or prebiotic fiber to act as a binder. This is all about reducing the incidence of digestive issues because of the fiber content.
