High Protein Bars And Flapjacks

When you are looking for a healthy alternative to fast food, and want to encourage muscle gain and lose fat then there is a large range of high protein bars available through our affiliate partners. A number of these bars are also aimed at those of us fighting the flab and can be used as part of a weight management programme. Bars have one over on shakes and drinks because of their convenient, pocket size.

Product Range

High protein bars are available from a range of suppliers but I would recommend the following because of their exceptional flavour in the light that they have such high protein contents. I should know having helped develop Maxinutrition™ products in days past. We’ll have a look at their range in a moment.

Grenade™ offer the “Carb Killa High Protein and Low Carb” bar range with following extensive range of flavours which are all popular with high levels of protein:-

Banana Armour, Caramel, Chocolate Crunch, Chocolate Mint, Cookies And Cream, Fudge Brownie, Peanut Nutter, White Chocolate Cookie, White Chocolate Cookie and finally a Variety Pack.

All these bars have over 23g of protein, but only a measly 1.5g of sugar and 1.5g of high impact carbs which is ideal for those following a protein rich diet. The protein is sourced from milk directly as caseinate, milk protein and from whey. The packaging is exceptional.  Source from Grenade High Protein Carb Killa Bar.

The SCI-MX Nutrition Pro 2GO Duo Bars Caramel and Vanilla Pack of 12 – High protein nourishment bar offers the consumer 20g of GRS-5® protein with an 89 hour amino acid supply to feed the muscles. These come in three flavours, caramel & vanilla, chocolate & orange, and strawberry & cream. Source as SCI-MX Nutrition Pro 2GO Duo Bars Pack of 12 – High protein nourishment bar.

Flapjacks

Flapjacks are a great source of energy and lend a soft, moreish texture to bars if protein is not your thing.  Why not try the  Maximuscle Mixed Berry (Mass + Size) Progain High protein and Creatine Flapjack which is a 90g serve with 24g protein.
