The Ingredients

Whey protein isolate (WPI) is now well established for protein supplementation especially for optimal protein synthesis and minimising muscle degradation. NutraBio do not add any other ingredients including fillers such as dextrose or creamers, or colourings. There is no amino-acid spiking either. They make a 25 gram protein claim. Each serving contains 26 grams of amino acids with 5.6 grams derived from branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and 4.9 grams of glutamine. Such a high protein content means the product has the highest Biological Value (BV) possible. Their WPI is derived from US milk to FDA standards in their own cGMP Certified Laboratory.
